1- push back all cuticle 
2- slightly buff your nails bed to remove the shine 
3- soak a small piece of  paper towel with aceton or nail polish removal 
4- wipe it to all your nails bed
5- choose the right glue stickers  on each nail
6- choose the right size nails before press on to glue
